What You Can Do (Without Prior Written Agreement)

You can report on this site and its content, using pictures and/or text excerpts.

You can use the results of public polls (i.e all polls except those in private voting booths) as source material for journalism.

Any use of material from this site on the Web must include a reasonably prominent link to our homepage, or to each poll mentioned. Use elsewhere than on the Web must include a URL that will call up this site if typed into a standard Netscape 4 or IE 4 browser (for example mention castingvote.com or http://castingvote.com). Just referring to a links page is not acceptable.

What You Can't Do (Without Prior Written Agreement)

Use CastingVote material to compete directly with us. For example you must not use CastingVote poll questions in other polls.

Modify poll results, or poll questions.

Store CastingVote polls in a database, or similar.
