CASTINGVOTE.COM BETTER RESULTS, BETTER SITE

By request, CastingVote poll results now report the number and
nationality of voters, for all polls with 50+ voters. The site
has always included code to block duplicate votes by Web or
email, so results are reasonably accurate.

The CastingVote site has been redesigned, with a new look and
better support for both Netscape and Internet Explorer.

CastingVote continues to gain 50% more visitors each month and
is a useful resource for voters and opinion-formers alike.
